Racing
Races are held every Sunday during the sailing season, and every Wednesday evening from May to September (when daylight permits). All classes of boat are eligible to enter the races.
Racing is run using either the Portsmouth Yardstick system of handicapping, pursuit starts or in fleets, if numbers permit.
Several Class Open Days are also held at the club.
The timetable for volunteering for the Wednesday evening duties is now on the website here. Everyone who takes part in a Wednesday evening series should volunteer at least once, often you may be required several times: check the timetable!
